PREPARATION AND MANAGEMENT EUROPEAN PROJECTS

IN-HOUSE TRAINING

Presentation:

In house training participants on howto develop a successful european project from a practical, technical perspective. The course will also allow participants to classify and differentiate European funds’ typologies as well as to implement innovative and competitive action strategies bringing returns to their organizations.

Objectives:

Offer to professionals and technical staff of European Union field an innovative training adapted to European Union’s requirements regarding projects’ drafting and European financing requests.
Promoting preparation and positioning in order to adapt European funds planning to participants’ working context.
Providing with an action/recommendations protocol for an adequate implementation of every single European project’s development phase: (Idea feasibility – Fund identification - Planning – Drafting - Communication).
Promoting and disseminating European Union’s priorities and strategic lines of action through a deep knowledge of both theory and practice facilitating skills and confidence to face and solve all questions related with project demand and European fund search.

Course structure:

The course is organized in 4 working parts:

Part 1. Positioning a European project. How to arrange an appropriate strategy upon a call for proposals. EU funds’ typology and classification. How to work within a EU context: networks, lobbies…

Part 2. Developing successful proposals. Applying and explaining Euradia’s methodology in accordance to EU Commission evaluation frameworks and criteria after 15 years experience.

Part 3. European Project implementation. Structuring and efficient project managing. Basic administrative organization, follow-up and auditing on-going projects

Part 4. Developing a Communication Plan, disseminating and transferring project outcomes in corporate and European contexts. This part may be available separately.
